The 14th Open Garden Shiraoka, where private gardeners in Shiraoka City open their lovingly tended gardens to the public. Held over 4 days: April 19-20 and May 10-11. A 'Niwaya DAY' marche is also held simultaneously during the period, offering plants and miscellaneous goods for sale.
