1日目（7/25）は出水本町通り商店街でパレードや総踊り（18:00〜21:00）、2日目（7/26）は出水市多目的グラウンドで演芸大会・露店・花火大会（14:00〜20:00）が行われる。約5000発の花火が夜空を彩る2日間の一大夏祭り。
