高住神社 神幸祭
年に一度神輿が渡御する祭りが神幸祭です。
氏子たちが力を合わせ神輿を担ぎ、太鼓の音とともに氏子域を巡幸します。令和年度より高住神社参道口に御旅所を設け、氏子域を巡った神輿が一夜を明かします。祭事は2日間行われ、神幸祭を彩る行事として「牛くじ」が行われ、かつては牛一頭が当たるなどから遠近の賽者で賑わう盛大な催しとなりました。現在牛が当たることはありませんが、祭事の一つとして添田町歴史的風致に認定されています。
