富士山吉田口登山道を走る晩夏のマラソン大会。
ハーフマラソン・10km・5km・2.5km（小中学生）の種目があり、高低差300m以上のコース。標高1000m超の高地開催で夏でも比較的快適に走れる。ランニング用品や山梨の特産品の販売ブースも出店。
