第53回坂東市将門まつり
平将門の本拠地だった下総岩井を舞台にした歴史まつり。
國王神社の戦勝祈願で始まり、武者行列では重厚な鎧に身を固めた武者や稚児たちが、県指定無形民俗文化財の山車とともに歩行者天国を練り歩く。稚児行列・武者行列の参加者を公募している。
