全国唯一の落下傘部隊「第1空挺団」が所在する習志野駐屯地を一般開放する夏まつり。
お化け屋敷・子どもアスレチック・屋台グルメが楽しめ、フィナーレに約850発の花火が打ち上がる。開場13:00〜21:00、花火は19:50〜20:10。入場無料。
