市制施行20周年記念で5日間に拡大開催。馬ねぶた夜間パレード（27-28日）、ステージイベント・キッチンカー出店（29-31日）、馬ねぶたパレード（31日昼）、新田火まつり・花火（31日夜）。参加26団体・2200人超。
