A traditional event where a massive kite called 'Hyakujo-jiki' (100-tatami-mat size), measuring 15m tall, 11m wide, and weighing about 800kg, is flown on the Edogawa River bank. Postponed to the 6th in case of rain. Shuttle buses available from Tobu Noda Line Minami-Sakurai Station.
