About Chichibu Night Festival 2025
The Chichibu Night Festival, boasting 350 years of tradition, is the annual festival of Chichibu Shrine and a nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property, held every December 2-3. The climax features six festival floats being hauled up the steep Dangozaka slope, accompanied by spectacular fireworks and thundering taiko drums. Held December 2-3, 2025.
