Shibazakura (Moss Phlox) Hill 2026
At the 'Shibazakura Hill' at the foot of Mt. Buko, over 400,000 moss phlox plants bloom in vibrant colors. Ten varieties of moss phlox in pink, white, and purple are planted in a 'flower patchwork' pattern across approximately 17,600 square meters, with expansion and replanting work done annually. The 2026 season runs from April 3 (Fri) to May 6 (Wed), 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Admission charged from April 10: 500 yen for adults, free for junior high school students and younger.
