An early summer flower festival held annually from late May to mid-June at Mizumoto Park in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo. Approximately 100 varieties and 14,000 irises bloom in water-filled iris beds, and visitors can enjoy the delicate colors and patterns while crossing long yatsuhashi (zigzag bridges). Hydrangeas also reach their peak during the same period, creating a beautiful floral harmony. Events include a folk song parade, food stalls, a tea house, charity karaoke, stage performances, and a local vegetable market. As a two-venue festival with Horikiri Iris Garden, free shuttle buses connect both venues and nearby stations on weekends. Admission free, no reservation required.
