50th Ashigara Kintaro Matsuri
Minami-Ashigara's largest summer festival, steeped in Kintaro legend. Opens with a sacred water ceremony from Yuhi no Taki Waterfall. Features mikoshi competitions, Yoshimoto comedy shows, lucky candy throwing, Bon Odori, and simultaneous fireworks from two locations with Ashigara Bayashi taiko drums.
