毎年8月25日（天神さんの日）に開催される長岡天満宮の夏まつり。
特設舞台での和太鼓・久世六斎念仏・長岡京音頭などの奉納行事、約100店舗の夜店・屋台が並ぶ。八条ヶ池水上橋では約200個の灯籠が並ぶ夏灯籠も幻想的。
