Hamura Flower and Water Festival 2026 (Tulip Festival)
A spring festival with approximately 350,000 tulips blooming along the Tama River. A 3-meter-high observation deck offers panoramic views of the tulip fields. The relay of cherry blossoms followed by tulips is also a highlight. Hours: 10:00-17:00, admission free.
