An annual grand festival held every June at Shinagawa Shrine in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Also known as 'Kita no Tenno-sai' (Northern Tenno Festival), the mikoshi bears a sacred 'tenka hitomame' mask on its roof as it processes through Shinagawa.
