臼杵祇園まつり
寛永20年（1643年）から続く臼杵最大の夏祭り。
神事の行列や山車が町を練り歩き、臼杵独特の御槍振りが見所。曳出(7/10)・渡御(7/12)・還御(7/18)・曳込(7/18)で構成される。
