Kazo City Kisai Wisteria Festival
An annual wisteria festival held at Tamashiki Park, home to a grand wisteria estimated to be over 450 years old. A historic event dating back to 1935, featuring yosakoi soran dancing, chorus performances, koto music, outdoor tea ceremonies, and various daily-changing events. On May 5, the nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property 'Tamashiki Shrine Kagura' is performed.
