北上市中心街の諏訪町商店街をメイン会場に、毎月第4日曜の朝7時から11時まで開かれる朝市。
2023年2月にスタートし、地元の飲食店や生産者が出店する。専用駐車場はなく、近隣の有料駐車場を利用する。
