北海道苫小牧市若草町 中央公園
苫小牧の夏の風物詩として知られる大規模港まつり。
毎年3日間で30万人以上が訪れる北海道屈指のイベント。約130店舗の屋台が並び、ステージでの多彩なプログラム、市民おどり、マーチングフェスティバルなどが開催される。2026年は花火大会が別日程（10月）での単独開催となった。
