世界60か国あまりの人々が暮らす沖縄市ならではの国際色を打ち出したカーニバル。
コザ・ミュージックタウンとコザゲート通り一帯を会場に、ストリートダンス・ブレイキン・BMX・サンバなど世界のダンスのステージイベントが行われる。前年は11月22日に開催された。
