ロートフィールド奈良を発着に、天理市内を折り返す日本陸上競技連盟公認コースで行われる市民マラソン。
12日14:00に「ミニ奈良マラソン（2km×2周）」がスタート、13日は9:00に「マラソン（42.195km）」と「ペアリレーマラソン（42.2km）」、9:30に「世界遺産10K（10km）」がスタートする。
