The 'Kokuryo Millennium Wisteria Festival' is held when the thousand-year-old wisteria at Kokuryo Shrine, designated as one of Kanagawa's top flower spots, reaches full bloom. Features food stalls and cultural exhibitions. Held April 18-19.
