Sixteen select gyoza shops (including 5 first-timers) from across Japan gather at Komazawa Olympic Park Central Plaza, offering over 30 varieties of craft gyoza for tasting. Beyond classic fried, boiled, and deep-fried gyoza, the latest 'neo gyoza' trends and creative options featuring shark fin, beef tongue, and shrimp are available. Free admission with a chill area, photo booth, and stamp rally.
